SJ-Recon is Skyjacks division responsible for fully reconditioning Skyjacks Rough Terrain and Electric Scissors in addition to various boom lift models and Skyjack OEMs.
Reconditioning Process
Every machine has been carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary tools needed to do a professional, high quality paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each Skyjack machine is carefully reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new parts: filters and hoses, the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Furthermore, every unit is given new tires, batteries and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of 90,000 pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 3rd and 4th tiers. These models offer a ninety seven inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
